The Right Exercises for All Those Flabby Arms
on May 10th, 2012 at 4:02 amThe best, most effective and the most efficient exercises for fat arms are going to target your triceps, your biceps and all the three heads of your deltoids. If you do not focus on all these different exercises and muscles it is going to be impossible for you to get toned arms in a rapid and efficient manner. The key here is to focus on all these different areas and angles so you can effectively tone up all the underlying muscle. But there is a catch here because it will not be possible for you to maximize the effect from all this training if you are not really focusing on a strategy that is also going to maximize the total amount of carbohydrates that get pulled into your muscle cells. By pulling a larger amount of carbohydrates into your muscle cells you will be able to get better results because carbohydrates going into your muscle cells will ultimately lead to larger amounts of hydration and larger amounts of force production.
The regrettable news here, on the other hand, is that a lot of women simply do fat arm exercises but do not really focus on how to maximize glycogen while minimizing the negative impact of carbohydrates.
So one way to tackle this issue is to make sure that you are having dextrose with a large amount of water after your training session. Consuming large amounts of dextrose after your training session is the ultimate strategy to further increase the total amount of arm fat you can burn while enhancing the amount of glycogen you can store. If you are unable to store large amounts of glycogen you will notice that your ability to get excellent results will drastically go down. Now the key here is to make sure that you have about sixty grams of dextrose with thirty-two ounces of water immediately after your training session. If you do not have this combination of dextrose and water you will not get the good results.
